CHEF DE PARTIE
Your Role
To strengthen our dynamic kitchen team, we are looking for a (m/f) Chef de Partie. You will work closely with the head chef and have a passion for desserts. You will be responsible for preparing desserts, coffee cookies, and ice cream creations. Additionally, you will assist in plating dishes at the stove and in passing appetizers. We offer an engaging position in a fresh kitchen within a close-knit team, with ample room for your own input and creativity.
Your Profile
You have completed training at a hospitality school and/or have relevant work experience in a restaurant.
Your Responsibilities

Prepare meat and fish (cleaning, cutting, tying, wrapping, etc.)

Plate dishes for service (presentation, composition, finishing touches, etc.)

Prepare workstations and kitchen tools
-
Operate kitchen equipment (ovens, stoves, etc.)
-
Receive and check deliveries
-
Store goods in cold rooms or pantries
-
Measure and mix ingredients
-
Supervise the preparation and production of dishes
-
Ensure food safety rules are followed
-
Wash and clean vegetables and fruit
-
Cook or reheat meat, fish, vegetables, etc.

Maintain and clean workstations and kitchen tools
-
Monitor stock levels and identify shortages
-
Place orders
-
Package and label preparations and products (production and expiration dates)

Store preparations and products in cold rooms and pantries
